On the few occasions when it has rained, it has typically been brief, with many visitors simply enjoying the neighbourhood’s restaurants and shops inside until the rain passes.
When checking the forecast, be sure to look at the hourly forecast, as a rain icon may represent only a brief shower.
When is the best time to visit?
If you prefer lighter crowds, arrive around noon.
The Festival becomes progressively busier throughout the afternoon and evening.
